Why I do
what I do

I am Ute Peppersack, I come from Cologne, freshly moved to Berlin but my heart beats for the mountains – I like the controversy.

Currently I try to combine my skills in design and my passion around food. I want to design for a more inclusive, ecological, and just future. I believe in open source and shared skills and forces.

My design expertise does not fit into boxes, I like to be an allrounder and rather match projects with my moral compass.

my services

design

My journey in design started in industrial design and 3D modeling. Over time I focused on graphic and web design and worked in the industry of UX- & UI.

As an Eco-Social Designer I mostly focus on designing spaces for encounters within the public space. I design with and not for people and nature.

3D

I do digital 3D-modeling as well as renderings and crafting. Much reather I create spaces for encounters especially for public spaces. I work with basic and sustainable materials and love to create things that inspire to be rebuilt by others.

Food

By designing places and opportunities for encounters, I am using food as a low-threshold access to knowledge transfer, focussing on regionality, seasonality and vegetarian/vegan nutrition.

web & Interface

I work with wordpress and elementor and I have basic coding skills including Javascript. I create user friendly Interfaces and thereby work with Adobe XD.

communication

I do print and digital media, create brandings and use animated and illustrative storytelling. I use the Adobe Suite and SVGator.

Together with my sister I create spaces and opportunities for people to get in touch through cooking. Be it to create encounters between strangers, to connect with regional and seasonal food or to get inspired by well designed workshop-formats.
